Zach was on time with a smile. The entire time which turned into 5 and a half hours of time spent. Zach never changed. As he began to work he had to give me bad news about my repair. Which was given with grace and we agreed on the repairs needed. He was super great! I am so impressed with a young man with a positive attitude and his professionalism. Meetze Plumbing has always been great. My plumber today was Robert McMillan and he was one of the best I’ve had, he was friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He showed a great deal of attention to detail. It is plumbers like Robert who make Meetze Plumbing so awesome.
Jan and Henry were knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. They kept me informed throughout the repairs and cleaned up before leaving. Great customer service from all people I encountered by phone as well.
